We invite to our next Our Voices event that highlights the voices of indigenous authors, educators, and artists. On Tuesday, June 18th we will be joined for a book reading and dialogue with Seaconke Pokanoket Wampanoag Artist and Author Deborah Spears Moorehead.

Deborah is an emic observer immersed in her native community, with her paintbrush she captures her people and culture through portraits. In 2013, she authored the book Finding Balance The Oral and Written History and Genealogy of the Massasoit People.
